Positioning Flexibility For All Procedures
The Del Medical UArm maintains constant alignment between the x-ray tube and image receptor, regardless of tilt position or image receptor angle. The extraordinary flexibility of this system makes it ideal for all radiographic procedures including sitting, erect and recumbent positions.
The U-ArmPlus features an Automatic Pre-Programmed Positioning Guide with pre-programmed areas of study (anatomical region and view). The Positioning Guide is accessible via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the x-ray tube cover. Once the area of study is chosen by the technician, the system will be ready to move to proper position, adjust the collimator shutter accordingly and have the specific x-ray parameters. The U-Arm Plus is also equipped with an LCD display on the Uarm indicating arm and detector rotation.
The standard UArm is an economical system with the same great positioning flexibility and motorized movements as the Plus model. The absence of the touch screen controls, positioning guide and LCD display on the UArm makes this system an affordable option for the budget conscious practice. Operator controls are conveniently located on the tube cover or detector side.

Motorized Automation
The UARM is a fully motorized radiographic system designed to automate the imaging process with pre-programmed positioning and full generator integration that can be conveniently controlled from its technologist-friendly touchscreen console.
Perfect Alignment, Everytime
Featuring a linear U-arm, the system tube and image receptor are always perfectly aligned regardless of U-arm arm position. This is especially useful when performing auto-stitch applications focusing on the legs and back.
Versatile Examinations
Developed to efficiently perform a wide variety of exams and procedures, its automated swivel arm and rotating image receptor can accommodate a diverse range of positions for patients of all sizes. Whether sitting, standing or lying down, the UARM provides extensive vertical and SID travel perfect for comprehensive head-to-toe imaging.
Pre-Programmed Positioning
The UARM can store up to 25 pre-programmed positions allowing for fast setup of the most frequently used applications. These positions can be easily selected from the tube mounted touchscreen.
