X-Ray Visions recently completed a Carestream/Quantum Q-Rad DR Radiographic Room installation at the Johns Hopkins Imaging Center at Green Spring Station located in Lutherville, MD. The spacious room includes a fully integrated Quantum 80kW Generator with a 22” Wide-Screen LCD Touch-Panel Monitor & Operator Console allowing for both generator controls and workstation review and viewing of the digital images. The system also includes an Overhead Ceiling Mounted Tube Support with “TECHVISION” for 2-way generator integration and Image Preview at the handlebar assembly. The 650lb Elevating Table included a wireless 14×17 DRX-1 panel which was previously owned by Johns Hopkins and integrated back into use, along with a new fixed 17×17 panel in the Wallstand…..both with AEC. The table also includes a Wireless On Demand Rotational DR Tray for portrait and landscape imaging. This feature charges the battery while in the tray and allows for one-handed manual rotation of the digital receptor within tray.
